Raw Material Of ACSR Core Wire
Our raw material is high quality carbon steel hot rolled wire rod according to the standard GB/T4354-2008 .
The chemical composition of the steel conforms to the GB/T699-1999 standard.
Production Workshop
There are 4 sets of galvanizing production line ,8 complete set of drawing and stranding lines.The produce process of the galvanized steel wire is following as below:
Drawing process:Surface treatment- Drying – Drawing – -Tension Control-winding
Galvanized process:Washing – Drying – Hot Galvanized – Spooling

It’s used for mechanical re-inforcement in the manufacture of aluminum conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) Cable & Conductor .
