Guy wire (or "guide wires" as they are sometimes mistakenly called), is an Extra High Strength (EHS) cable that's available in both a 1 x 7 and a 1 x 19 configuration. A guy-wire, guy-line, or guy-rope, also known as simply a guy, is a tensioned cable designed to add stability to a free-standing structure.
Annual output : 10000 tons per year
Guy wire is an Extra High Strength (EHS) cable that’s available in both a 1 x 7 and a 1 x 19 configuration. A guy-wire, guy-line, or guy-rope, also known as simply a guy, is a tensioned cable designed to add stability to a free-standing structure.
Meets ASTM A475 or other international standards.
1×7 configuration for an excellent combination of tensile strength and limited stretch.
Manufactured with a galvanized finish for protection from corrosive elements over time.
Provides strength and corrosion protection to extend its working life.
It comprises of one or more zinc coated steel wires featuring tensile strength ranging from 35 Kg/mm2 to 180 Kg/mm2, making them suitable for every application.

There are 4 sets of galvanizing production line, 8 complete set of drawing and stranding lines. The produce process of the galvanized steel wire is following as below:
Drawing process: Surface treatment – Drying – Drawing – -Tension Control – Winding
Galvanized process: Washing – Drying – Hot Galvanized – Spooling
Stranding process: Stranding – Spooling – Inspection – Packing
With comprehensive testing equipment and advanced testing techniques to every processing, we control processing quality timely to ensure all parameters with strict standard to finish qualified products.
ISO9001:2008 -Quality Management System – Certified by ZDHY.
Usually in coils and wooden reel packing with water-proof cloth and hemp bag for steel trand. Or according to customer’s needs.
Weight: 7*(1.44-2.2)<1400kg ; 7*(2.01-4.2)<1610kg ; 19*(1.44-3.5)<3000kg ; 37*(1.44-3.5)<8000kg.
Used for Communication,Radio masts, wind turbines, utility poles, fire service extension ladders,Barrier & More .The guy wire tension is what adds stability to the free-standing structure.
